    EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell Fontelles expressed deep concern about the looming threat of an Israeli assault on Rafah. 

    He labelled reports alarming, emphasizing the potentially catastrophic consequences for the 1.4 million Palestinians in Rafah, who lack a haven and face the risk of starvation. 

    Borrell highlighted the severe humanitarian situation, warning that an Israeli military offensive could exacerbate the crisis and inflict an unbearable toll on civilians.

    Netanyahu orders Israeli military to carry out Rafah plan

    Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister claims to have given the Israeli military instructions to devise a strategy for driving out the last few Hamas battalions in addition to evacuating people from Rafah.

    At least 21 individuals were killed by Israeli snipers in Khan Younis outside Nasser Hospital, with medical personnel being among those targeted. 107 Palestinians have lost their lives and 142 have been injured in the last 24 hours.

    Hezbollah declares five attacks on Israeli positions

    The Lebanese group had a busy day for its fighters after an attack on one of its regional commanders in southern Lebanon's Nabatieh yesterday. 

    In the last hour, the group has published five posts on its Telegram channel claiming strikes, as per Al Jazeera.
